In Oregon, Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") covers 70% of your lost wages up to a maximum of $1,250.00 per month, but any payments for wage loss payments don't begin until after the insured is disabled for 14 days.
The remaining lost wages are paid in the third party lawsuit against the person who caused the injury.
