What will the Oregon DUII diversion program cost?

There are no fines associated with diversion. However, there are a number of fees that are required for completion of the program. You can expect to pay (all numbers are approximations):

• Approximately $350-400 in fees to the court (payment plan are usually available);
• $150-200 for the alcohol / drug evaluation;
• $50 or less for the victims panel class;
• Fees for each of the alcohol / drug treatment classes which will vary.

The treatment fees will vary depending on which state certified treatment provider you select and the length of treatment that you are required to complete. Note that the providers' fees vary widely so check with your health insurance for possible coverage.
