Given the complexity of the law, and the individuality of each case, I cannot emphasize enough that you do need the services of a trained and experienced legal professional when you have a complex legal matter to face.

That said, there are infinite web-based resources out there on divorce, child custody, etc. As with other things, go to Google and type in whatever you are looking for. (e.g., "Oregon divorce" or "parenting plan Oregon" or just "divorce").
